ABOUT THE PRODUCT: Neon Green  NET WEIGHT, 5G.

 

 HOW TO USE: Apply white, or nude primer base before applying pigments. Take small amount of the loose pigment powder onto clean finger, or sponge. Pack on the pigments until desired color. Then gently blend pigment with a sponge or makeup brush until blended. (DO NOT MIX PIGMENTS WITH WATER)

Ingredients: Titanium Dioxide, Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Ultramarine Blue (CI 77007), Pigment Green 7 (CI 74260), Manganese Violet (CI 77743), Pigment Red 28 (CI 45410), Resin Polyester 3, Hydrogenated Polybutene, Dimethicone 350, P-CAP 5. 

 

This product is not FDA approved for eyes or lips however it is approved in the UK and EU for eyes and lips. Please patch test for any allergies at your own discretion before use.

Getting you your order as soon as possible is something we strive for but please allow 3-6 Business Days for processing and 5-10 Business Days for your package to be shipped from date of order.   • Note: The initial shipping costs incurred by the buyer will not be refunded.

  • If you wish to exchange, The item must be unused, unopened and in the SAME condition it was shipped. 

  • You must include your name, and order number in exchange package.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a traceable method of shipment.

  • Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your exchange item and send the new item in exchange.

  • Chaotic Cosmetics is not responsible and will not refund for theft, lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged during shipping.
