Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–4 business days after purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package during transit.

Please note that delivery dates may vary depending on USPS processing and delivery times. Once a package has been handed over to USPS, shipping delays, transit updates, and final delivery times are handled by USPS.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always do our best to make sure your order is packed with care and sent out as quickly as possible.

Chaotic Cosmetics is not responsible and will not refund for theft, lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged during shipping. If you are concerned about this, We recommend our ROUTE PROTECTION insurance on your package. This option will be shown during the check out process. This will cover, and replace the package if it does get lost, damaged, or stolen. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS-

For international shipments, we kindly ask that you provide your shipping address in English (Latin characters) whenever possible. This helps ensure accurate delivery and prevents delays during transit.

IF YOU USE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING YOUR PHONE # MUST BE INCLUDED ON THE MAIL ADDRESS! THEY NEED THIS TO CONTACT YOU ON DELIVERY OF THE ITEMS.
