REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Getting you your order as soon as possible is something we strive for but please allow 3-5 Business Days for processing and 5-10 Business Days for your package to be shipped from date of order. If you need something by a specific date please contact us personally beforehand to make a note and make sure it is available for faster shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • We are here to help in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.

  • We do NOT accept refunds on cosmetics. (Sanitary purposes)

  • Note: The initial shipping costs incurred by the buyer will not be refunded.

  • If you wish to exchange, The item must be unused, unopened and in the SAME condition it was shipped. 

  • You must include your name, and order number in exchange package.

  • Email us at chaoticcosmeticsinfo@yahoo.com. Please give us your name, order number, and explanation as to why you want to exchange your purchase.

  • For your protection, we recommend using a traceable method of shipment.

  • Mail your return to: CONTACT SHOP OWNER FOR ADDRESS

  • Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your exchange item and send the new item in exchange.

  • Chaotic Cosmetics is not responsible and will not refund for theft, lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged during shipping.

  • NOTE: We ship each product upon completion. If you ordered multiple products and only receive a partial order the rest will follow shortly thereafter.
