Chaotic Cosmetics — Shipping Policy

Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 6 business days of order placement (unless otherwise noted on the product page or during checkout). Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We offer standard and expedited shipping where available. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has shipped.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied per the terms of that promotion.

International Shipping
- International delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Chaotic Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks a package as delivered. If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first and then contact our support team with the tracking number so we can assist.
- If a package is damaged in transit, retain all packaging and contact us immediately so we can help file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; we will attempt to update the address but cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
