We are on the ground level of a mixed-use building (apartments on top). We are located on the corner of New York Ave. + Olive St.

PARKING: We have 10 parking spots marked "CAFE" in the parking garage, under the apartment building.

Since this event is happening after regular business hours for our neighbors at GEI, you can also park in their marked parking spots. Please note that you cannot park in garage spots marked "reserved tenant."

Otherwise, you can park across the street at the LIRR overflow parking lot, or the Walgreens parking lot on Olive St.

Return policy

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Getting you your order as soon as possible is something we strive for but please allow 5-8 Business Days for processing and 5-15 Business Days for your package to be shipped from date of order. If you need something by a specific date please contact us personally beforehand to make a note and make sure it is available for faster shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We are here to help in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.

  • We do NOT accept refunds on cosmetics. (Sanitary purposes)

  • Refunds are only accepted the same day order has been placed. ( As for once the items have been shipped and are in transit we can not process any refunds.)

  • Email us at chaoticcosmeticsinfo@yahoo.com. Please give us your name, order number. Please allow 2/3 Business days for us to get back to your request. 

  • For your protection, we recommend using a traceable method of shipment.

  • Chaotic Cosmetics is not responsible and will not refund for theft, lost or stolen packages, or packages damaged during shipping. If you are concerned about this, We recommend our ROUTE PROTECTION insurance on your package. This option will be shown during the check out process. This will cover, and replace the package if it does get lost, damaged, or stolen. 

  • NOTE: We ship each product upon completion. If you ordered multiple products and only receive a partial order the rest will follow shortly thereafter.
